Range of the common boundary of Six-Fours is a broad sandy beach but quickly deep. Very popular in summer as well as by families by young fans of Beach Volleyball. It offers a beautiful view over the bay of Sanary, the islands of Gaou and Embiez and the open sea.

In winter there practice kite. On the east is "Brutal Beach" beach closed to swimming, but for snowboarders of all types, location and world famous for its waves and hosted in the past several stages of the World Cup of Windsurfing

Access
Sanary out of the sea towards Six-Fours. The beach begins at the hotel restaurant La Fregate. Park in the parking (fee in season) of the new promenade with a beautiful continuity with the arrangements made in recent years in Bandol and Sanary.
